Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring successful project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Apply Agile methodologies for iterative delivery and adaptation to evolving project needs. Analyze client business requirements and develop actionable, strategic project plans. Oversee program management across multiple workstreams, ensuring coordinated delivery and achievement of key milestones. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Provide practical, insightful solutions to complex business challenges. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. Proven expertise in business consulting, with a strong ability to translate business needs into project plans. Demonstrated experience in program management, coordinating multiple workstreams to achieve project goals. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies for iterative project delivery. Ability to work collaboratively and deliver practical solutions to complex problems. An adaptable, creative, and curious mindset is essential for success in this role. Exposure to PMP practices and GCC/GBS setup is considered an added advantage.
