As a Senior Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into clear operating plans and team goals, owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You'll monitor performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, partnering with technology and business teams on transformations and continuous improvement.

Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders across business finance, operations, and technology. Act as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

We are seeking individuals with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 5-8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, agile, and creative approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful solutions.
