Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans, managing end-to-end service delivery with a focus on quality and timeliness, and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. A significant part of the role involves driving transformation, simplification, and automation to enhance operational excellence.

Additionally, you will foster strong stakeholder relationships across business, finance, and technology teams, acting as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations. People leadership is crucial, involving coaching and developing high-performing teams, planning for talent needs, and creating an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.
