As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining capacity needs, and setting clear service objectives and team goals. You will ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, upholding agreed service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. You will plan resources effectively across business cycles and lead one or more finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A. Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is paramount.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partnering with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is essential. You will also act as a change leader, build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, complemented by 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
