This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within the Business Consulting group, specializing in Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT), specifically focused on Finance Consulting and Business Transformation. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, drive transformation, and achieve operational excellence.

Our Business Consulting practice helps clients reimagine their business purpose, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges. The Finance Consulting team specifically enhances client finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness. We work on large-scale, multi-year transformation programs requiring a multidisciplinary approach.

Drive technical excellence and end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitor performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates.

Lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Ensure processes adhere to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks.

Spearhead simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to improve productivity and customer experience. Collaborate with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.
