As a Senior Project Consultant, you will translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of finance processes and portfolios with high quality and timeliness. You'll monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Your role will involve leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Responsibilities include overseeing financial controls, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards. You will also maintain robust process documentation and promote a strong controls culture.

Drive transformation and operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 5-8 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
