In this role, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans and team goals, ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios with high quality and accuracy. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

You will lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, maintaining robust process documentation, and promoting a strong controls culture are key.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing change effectively, and leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team are also critical aspects of this position.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
