In this role, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring clear service objectives and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, upholding service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitoring performance through meaningful KPIs and conducting root-cause analysis will be crucial.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, overseeing critical functions like financial close, reconciliations, payments, billing, and financial planning. Ensure robust adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining process documentation and managing financial and operational risks.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong relationships with various business functions, facilitating governance reviews and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this position, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
