This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within Business Consulting, specializing in Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Corporate Finance.

Our Business Consulting service line helps clients reimagine their business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges through expertise in finance, supply chain, operations, and large-scale program management.

Drive business priorities into actionable operating plans, service objectives, and team goals, ensuring end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios. Monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.

Implement simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and external partners, to facilitate governance and resolve escalations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

This role requires a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with a collaborative approach, capable of solving complex problems with practical solutions. Candidates should be agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable, bringing positive energy and creativity to their work.
