As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and managing team goals. You will own the end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service level agreements, quality, accuracy, and timeliness are met. Your responsibilities include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analyses, and providing transparent updates to leadership.

You will lead one or more finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. This includes ensuring processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. You will maintain comprehensive process documentation and proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, supporting audits and fostering a strong culture of compliance.

We are seeking individuals with 5-8 years of relevant experience and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, problem-solving approach, capable of delivering insightful and actionable solutions. You should demonstrate agility, curiosity, and the ability to maintain positive energy while adapting creatively to challenges.
