Key responsibilities include developing operating plans from business priorities, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A) against service levels, and monitoring performance via KPIs. You will lead finance domains, manage controls, compliance, and risk, ensuring adherence to policies and accounting standards.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong stakeholder relationships with finance, operations, procurement, sales, and technology teams, acting as a change leader during transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs. Share best practices and embed scalable ways of working across teams.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience is required.
