This Senior Project Consultant role within our Business Consulting team in New Delhi focuses on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, as well as Finance Consulting and Business Transformation.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for innovation and a strategic mindset to help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, enhance competitiveness, and achieve agile growth strategies. You will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide operational excellence, safeguarding data and brand reputation, and supporting M&A strategies that create lasting value.

Your responsibilities will span technical excellence, business planning, and service delivery, ensuring end-to-end project success.

You will be accountable for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and setting team goals. Monitoring performance through KPIs and conducting root-cause analysis will be crucial for delivering services within agreed quality standards and timelines.

This role involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, or FP&A. You will ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust process documentation and identifying financial risks.

Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio is key. You will collaborate with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during transformations are essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
