We are seeking a Senior Project Consultant to join our Business Consulting team in New Delhi, focusing on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This role is pivotal in helping TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, evolve their strategies, and achieve operational excellence while managing competitiveness and growth challenges. We aim to create compelling experiences for employees and customers, protect valuable assets, and drive M&A strategies that foster value creation and leadership in the future technology revolution.

Your key responsibilities will encompass Technical Excellence, Business Planning & Service Delivery, and Finance Process Leadership. You will convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, manage end-to-end delivery for finance processes, and monitor performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis. Leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A will be crucial. This includes overseeing relevant processes, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management, and promoting a strong culture of governance.

Furthermore, you will drive Transformation & Operational Excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes, using data insights to improve customer experience and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and transitions will be essential. Effective Stakeholder & Change Management is vital, involving building trusted relationships, facilitating governance, resolving escalations, and acting as a change leader. You will also be responsible for People Leadership, coaching and developing a high-performing team, planning staffing, and creating an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports engagement and development.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to deliver insightful, practical solutions are essential.
