The Senior Project Consultant role within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice in New Delhi presents an exciting opportunity. This role focuses on guiding TMT organizations through industry convergence, transforming their strategies for growth, and enhancing customer and employee experiences. You will also contribute to EY Consulting's mission of transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, solving strategic problems and driving long-term value for clients.

You will leverage strong project management skills, encompassing planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of consulting engagements. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies is essential for managing iterative delivery and adapting to evolving project needs. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans, while demonstrating proven expertise in program management across multiple workstreams. A background in business consulting is key to understanding client needs and driving effective solutions. Exposure to PMP practices and GCC/GBS setup is a plus for managing structured transformation programs.

The ideal candidate possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is required.
