As a Senior Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into actionable plans and owning end-to-end project delivery. You will monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Responsibilities include leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. You will also drive transformation initiatives, process simplification, standardization, and automation. Effective stakeholder and change management, building trusted relationships, and leading your team to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment are key to success.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant experience.
