As a Senior Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, you will focus on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, driving transformation and strategic growth.

The Business Consulting service line, encompassing Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting, focuses on reimagining business models, driving growth, optimizing costs, and resolving operational issues. We specialize in transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution for large-scale programs.

Specifically, our Finance Consulting team enhances client finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness, implementing cost-saving initiatives and embedding a performance management culture. Business Transformation capabilities address complex, multi-year programs. Supply Chain and Operations expertise delivers strategic, operational, and financial insights alongside digital advancements to foster change, boost sales, reduce costs, minimize risk, and ensure resilience.

Drive technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into actionable operating plans with clear service objectives and team goals.

Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality standards, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, overseeing relevant operations including close processes, reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, cash application, liquidity management, and financial planning.

Ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain comprehensive process documentation and risk management frameworks. Promote a strong controls and compliance culture.

Spearhead transformation and operational excellence by driving simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements. Utilize data insights to eliminate non-value-added activities and enhance customer experience. Collaborate on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships with finance, operations, procurement, sales, tax, legal, technology, banks, vendors, customers, and auditors. Facilitate governance reviews, manage escalations, and act as a change leader.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by establishing clear accountability and performance expectations. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
