We are seeking a Senior Project Consultant for our Business Consulting practice in New Delhi, specializing in Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT), and focused on Consulting Services (CNS) - Business Consulting (BC) - Finance.

This role is instrumental in transforming businesses through innovation and client-centric strategies, driving long-term value by solving complex strategic problems. The TMT sector is rapidly evolving, and we help these organizations navigate challenges, create exceptional experiences, and achieve operational excellence. Our CNS practice focuses on reimagining business models, driving growth, and resolving operational challenges, with a strong emphasis on Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

You will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes or portfolios, and monitoring performance through KPIs with root-cause analysis. This includes planning resources across business cycles and leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A.

Key duties involve ensuring processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation. You will proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, support audits, and foster a strong culture of controls and compliance.

Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio is crucial. You will partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and external parties, is essential. You will also act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions in a collaborative environment.
