This Senior Project Consultant role focuses on Business Consulting within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) sector, specifically within Finance and Business Consulting. You will help transform businesses by addressing challenges in competitiveness, agile strategy, and operational excellence.

We support TMT organizations in evolving their strategies, enhancing employee and customer experiences, and driving M&A strategies for value creation and risk reduction. The role is based in New Delhi and is part of EY Consulting's client-centric approach to driving long-term value through people, technology, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans from business priorities, owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes, and monitoring performance via KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring processes adhere to company policies and accounting standards.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios to improve productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement. You will also build trusted relationships with various stakeholders, act as a change leader, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
