We tackle our clients' most strategic problems, delivering long-term value. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team that drives business transformation, enhances finance functions, and optimizes supply chain and operations. We collaborate closely with clients to reimagine their business models and achieve their objectives.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery for finance processes, and monitoring performance through key KPIs. You will lead finance domain areas such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, promoting a strong culture of controls and compliance. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio will be key. You will also partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various departments and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations are crucial aspects of this role. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We are seeking individuals with 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
