We tackle our clients' most complex challenges, delivering long-term value across service lines including Performance Improvement, Risk Consulting, Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. Specifically, the Finance Consulting domain focuses on enhancing finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost improvements, and fostering a strong performance management culture.

Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, and timeliness. Develop clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and team goals aligned with business priorities. Monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensure processes operate in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain robust process documentation and control evidence. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, supporting audits and promoting a strong compliance culture.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment, focusing on people leadership, coaching, and development to meet current and future business needs.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role. Candidates should possess 5-8 years of relevant experience.
