The position is based in New Delhi and is part of EY Consulting's Business Consulting practice, specializing in Finance.

Key responsibilities include converting business priorities into operational plans, owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes, and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and risk management are critical. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios is essential.

You will also manage stakeholder relationships with various business units, technology teams, and external partners. Acting as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations is a core aspect. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

Candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with a collaborative approach, capable of providing services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful solutions is essential.
