This Senior Project Consultant role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice, focusing on the CNS - BC - FINANCE domain. We support TMT organizations navigating industry convergence and transformation, helping them achieve operational excellence, protect their brand, and pursue value-creating M&A strategies. EY Consulting drives business transformation through people, technology, and innovation, solving strategic challenges for clients and delivering long-term value.

Lead and execute finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model optimization, and finance function enhancements. Provide expert support for Global Capability Centre (GCC) setup, scaling, and operations within finance and business consulting projects. Drive transformation outcomes by leveraging expertise in financial processes such as record-to-report, planning and analysis, and shared services. Apply structured problem-solving, data analysis, and business case development to support client engagements. Design transformation roadmaps and implement change effectively using established consulting frameworks and methodologies.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Require a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. Demonstrate strong capabilities in finance transformation, process improvement, and operating model design. Proven experience in supporting GCC functions is essential. Proficiency in key financial processes and analytical techniques is a must. Ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Must possess a practical, agile, and creative approach to solving complex business issues with insightful and actionable solutions.
