Lead and supervise end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, including invoice processing, payments, vendor queries, reconciliations, and exception resolution.

Oversee a team of PTP Specialists, monitoring service performance, maintaining controls, and analyzing AP reports for trends and management decision-making.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while participating in audits and staying updated on best practices.

Analyze accounts payable data to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and provide timely reports to management.

Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, investigate discrepancies, and develop solutions to prevent recurring problems.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve the accounts payable system, participating in upgrades and troubleshooting.

A graduate with 5-8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes is required.

Demonstrated strong knowledge of PTP processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling, along with experience supervising PTP delivery.

Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting skills are essential, alongside a deep understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.

Proven ability to manage supplier queries, prioritize aging items, and meet agreed turnaround times and service-level requirements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, or Master of Business Administration, with at least 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
