Oversee and manage the end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) delivery process, including invoice processing, payments, vendor query resolution, and reconciliations. Lead and mentor a team of PTP Specialists, delegating tasks effectively and monitoring performance against KPIs. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, T&E claims, purchase orders, and payment requests, while identifying and implementing process improvements. Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, and participate in audits. Analyze accounts payable reports, identify trends, and provide management with timely and accurate information for decision-making. Serve as an escalation point for complex PTP issues, investigate discrepancies, and develop solutions to prevent recurring problems. Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve the accounts payable system, and troubleshoot system-related issues.

A graduate with 5-8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes is required. Demonstrated strong knowledge of PTP processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling, is essential. Proven experience in supervising the delivery of PTP processes and managing invoice and vendor interactions, including resolving supplier queries, is expected. Candidates should possess a commercially focused approach with a strong client service orientation, confidence in building internal and external relationships, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial. Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting skills are mandatory. A solid understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, managing supplier queries, prioritizing aging items, and meeting service-level requirements is necessary. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, or Master of Business Administration, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
