Lead and mentor a team of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) specialists, ensuring effective task delegation and performance monitoring against KPIs.

Oversee the end-to-end PTP process, from invoice processing and payments to vendor queries and exception resolution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets.

Analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports and payment forecasts, to identify trends and provide insights for management decision-making.

Serve as an escalation point for complex PTP issues, investigating and resolving discrepancies efficiently, and developing solutions to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve PTP systems, participating in upgrades and troubleshooting system-related issues.

A graduate with 5-8 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling.

Proven experience in supervising PTP delivery and managing vendor relationships, including resolving supplier queries effectively.

Possession of strong analytical skills, especially in financial analysis (3+ years), and proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.

A commercially focused individual with a strong client service approach, capable of building robust internal and external relationships.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, maintain organization, and exhibit a flexible, calm, and creative attitude under pressure to achieve results.
