As a Senior Project Consultant, you will oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) delivery, including invoice processing, payments, vendor query resolution, and reconciliations. You will lead and mentor a team, monitor service performance, and maintain effective controls. Your responsibilities include analyzing AP reports to identify trends and support management decisions.

Key duties involve supervising, mentoring, and training PTP specialists, delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, implement process improvements for efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is essential, as is participating in audits and staying updated on best practices.

You will also analyze PTP data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Serving as a point of escalation for complex issues, you will investigate and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with IT to maintain and improve AP systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a commercially focused approach, and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

To excel in this role, you need 5-8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, with a strong understanding of invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling. Experience in supervising PTP delivery, invoice and vendor management, and resolving supplier queries is crucial.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field. A Master's degree in Commerce or an MBA is also highly valued. Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and proficiency in ERP platforms, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, are essential.
