As a Senior Project Consultant, you will oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) delivery, including invoice processing, payments, vendor queries, and exception resolution. You will lead and mentor a team, monitor service performance, and maintain effective controls.

Key responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, and training PTP Specialists, delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance against KPIs. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of all PTP-related transactions and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is crucial. You will also analyze accounts payable reports, identify trends, and provide management with timely and accurate information. Serving as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborating with IT for system improvements are also vital aspects of this role.

We are looking for professionals with 5-8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling is essential.

Experience in supervising PTP process delivery and managing vendor relationships, including resolving supplier queries, is required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, commercially focused, possess strong client service skills, and have confidence in building internal and external relationships.

Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary. The role demands strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, the ability to manage supplier queries effectively, and meet agreed turnaround times and service-level requirements. A Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, or Master of Business Administration is required, along with 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis.
