This role involves leading and managing a Procure to Pay (PTP) team, ensuring end-to-end delivery of processes including invoice processing, payments, vendor queries, and exception resolution. You will monitor service performance, maintain effective controls, and analyze AP reports to support management decisions. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring PTP specialists, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

You will oversee the entire PTP cycle from purchase requisition to payment disbursement, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and claims. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy is crucial. Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements are also key aspects of this role.

Additional responsibilities include serving as an escalation point for complex AP issues, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and working with IT to maintain and improve the AP system. Analyzing accounts payable reports, identifying trends, and providing timely information to management are essential functions.

We are seeking a professional with 5-8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, possessing strong knowledge of invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling. Proven experience in supervising the delivery of PTP processes, along with expertise in invoice and vendor management, including the resolution of supplier queries, is essential.

Candidates should be self-motivated with a commercially focused, client-centric approach, and possess the confidence to build relationships both internally and externally. Excellent organizational skills with a strength in prioritization, a flexible attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are highly valued.

Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are required. A strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, the ability to manage supplier queries, prioritize aging items, and meet agreed turnaround times and service-level requirements are critical for success in this role.
