As a Senior Project Consultant, you will lead and supervise end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) delivery, including invoice processing, payments, vendor queries, and exception resolution.

You will mentor and manage a team, monitor service performance, and maintain effective controls. Analysis of AP reports for trends and management decision-making is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities include overseeing the entire PTP process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, participating in audits, and serving as an escalation point for complex issues. You will also contribute to system maintenance and improvements.

We are seeking individuals with 5-8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling.

Strong knowledge of PTP processes, vendor management, and experience supervising delivery are essential. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field, with a Master's in Commerce or an MBA being advantageous. A minimum of 3 years in Financial Analysis is also required. A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing environment are crucial.
