Lead and supervise a team of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Specialists, ensuring effective delivery across invoice processing, payments, vendor queries, reconciliations, and exception resolution.

Oversee the end-to-end PTP process, from purchase requisition to payment disbursement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the PTP cycle.

Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while enforcing internal controls to safeguard company assets. Participate in audits and stay updated on accounting regulations.

Analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, payment forecasts, and KPIs, to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and provide timely information to management.

Serve as an escalation point for complex accounts payable issues, investigating and resolving discrepancies and errors. Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems and review vendor statement reconciliations.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve the accounts payable system, participating in system upgrades and troubleshooting.

Possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Accumulate 5-8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling. Demonstrable experience in supervising PTP delivery is essential.

Strong knowledge of vendor management, including the resolution of supplier queries, is required. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel, along with strong reporting skills, is also necessary.
