Oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) delivery, including invoice processing, payments, vendor query resolution, and reconciliations. Lead and mentor a team of PTP Specialists, ensuring effective performance monitoring and team development.

Drive process improvements within the PTP cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust internal controls and supporting audits.

Analyze accounts payable data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management. Serve as a key point of escalation for complex issues, developing and implementing solutions for recurring problems. Collaborate with IT to maintain and enhance PTP systems.

We are seeking a proactive professional with 5-8 years of dedicated experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling is essential.

Proven experience in supervising PTP delivery, managing vendor relationships, and resolving supplier queries is required. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary, alongside a commercially focused, client-service approach.

Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a flexible, calm demeanor under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or a Master's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, is required. Experience in Financial Analysis for 3+ years is also a key requirement.
