Lead and mentor a team of PTP Specialists, overseeing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay delivery. Monitor service performance, maintain effective controls, and analyze AP reports for trends and decision-making.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor queries, identifying and implementing process improvements. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage supplier interactions.

Uphold compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in audits and stay informed about accounting best practices. Serve as an escalation point for complex AP issues and develop solutions for recurring problems.

Analyze AP data to identify trends, anomalies, and recommend corrective actions. Provide timely and accurate reporting to management. Collaborate with IT to maintain and improve AP systems and participate in system upgrades.

We are looking for a graduate with 5-8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling. Proven experience in supervising PTP delivery and managing vendor relationships is essential.

Strong proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. The ideal candidate possesses commercial acumen, a client-service approach, and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

Key attributes include being self-motivated, well-organized with excellent prioritization skills, flexible, and calm under pressure. A solid understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and the ability to manage supplier queries efficiently to meet service-level agreements are critical.
