Lead and mentor a team of Procure to Pay (PTP) specialists, ensuring effective task delegation and performance management against established KPIs.

Oversee end-to-end PTP processes, including accurate and timely invoice processing, payment disbursement, vendor query resolution, and exception handling.

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust internal controls and supporting audits.

Analyze accounts payable reports, identify trends, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex PTP issues, developing and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence and ensure efficient problem resolution.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve the accounts payable system, participating in upgrades and troubleshooting system-related issues.

A graduate degree with 5-8 years of comprehensive experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes is required.

Demonstrated expertise in invoice validation, purchase order matching, reconciliations, and managing exceptions is essential.

Proven experience in supervising PTP delivery, including effective invoice and vendor management with a strong focus on resolving supplier queries.

Candidates should possess a self-motivated, commercially focused, and client-service-oriented approach, with the confidence to build relationships internally and externally.

Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a flexible attitude are crucial for achieving results under pressure.

Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong reporting capabilities are mandatory. A thorough understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including managing supplier queries and meeting service-level agreements, is expected.
