This Senior Project Consultant role within Business Consulting focuses on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, addressing industry convergence challenges and opportunities. You will contribute to transforming TMT companies, enhancing customer experiences, managing data and brand reputation, and driving M&A strategies for future leadership in the technology revolution.

The Business Consulting service line addresses business purpose and model transformation, growth strategies, cost management, and operational challenges, including finance, supply chain, and operations. We support large-scale program and portfolio management.

Oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) delivery, including invoice processing, payments, vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and exception resolution.

Lead and mentor a team of PTP Specialists, monitor service performance, and maintain effective controls. Analyze AP reports to identify trends and support management decisions.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, T&E claims, purchase orders, and payment requests, while identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency.

Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, enforcing internal controls and participating in audits.

Analyze AP reports, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Serve as an escalation point for complex AP issues and develop solutions for recurring problems.

Collaborate with IT to maintain and improve the accounts payable system, participating in upgrades and troubleshooting system-related issues.

A graduate degree is required, with 5-8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.

Strong knowledge of PTP processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling is essential. Experience in supervising PTP delivery and managing supplier queries is expected.

Possess a commercially focused approach with a strong client service orientation, confidence in building relationships, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Demonstrate flexibility, a calm demeanor under pressure, and proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Key skills include a deep understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and the ability to manage supplier queries efficiently to meet service-level agreements.
