As a Senior Project Consultant, you will oversee and manage the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, payments, and vendor query resolution. You will lead and mentor a team, monitor service performance, and maintain effective controls. Responsibilities include analyzing AP reports for trends, supporting management decisions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key duties involve supervising PTP specialists, delegating tasks, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive team environment. You will also oversee the entire PTP cycle, implement process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This includes serving as an escalation point for complex AP issues and contributing to system maintenance and improvements.

We are seeking a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling. A strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and experience in supervising PTP delivery are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A commercially focused approach with a strong client service orientation, confidence in building relationships, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required. Flexibility, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to manage supplier queries and meet service-level agreements are also important attributes.
