This role is within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, focusing on Digital Transformation initiatives for government clients. We help public sector entities tackle future challenges and reinvent themselves by redesigning public services and optimizing relationships and business models.

Our Business Consulting - Transformation Delivery team drives client success through people, technology, and innovation. We focus on solving complex strategic problems and delivering long-term value. This includes areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

Manage client engagements with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.

Contribute to large government projects by ensuring structured execution and delivery discipline.

Leverage a strong consulting foundation to analyze business challenges and support transformation initiatives within complex environments.

Effectively gather requirements, document findings, and translate client needs into actionable delivery plans.

Utilize clear communication and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful project outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required. Specific qualifications include B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., BBA, BCA, B.Arch, or B.Des.

Advanced degrees such as M.Tech, M.E., M.Sc., M.A., M.Com., MBA, MCA, M.Des, M.Arch, MPH, PhD, or PGDM are also highly valued.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential.
