Our Business Consulting unit drives long-term value by tackling complex strategic problems. We are comprised of Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. The Business Transformation competency within this unit specializes in large-scale, multi-year transformation programs, encompassing strategy, design, and execution.

Lead project management and facilitation within the MSME, Textile, and Handloom sectors, with a strong emphasis on program implementation. Engage effectively with Central or State Governments and developmental agencies. Drive cluster development and ecosystem development initiatives. Develop compelling concept notes, presentations, and knowledge documents. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and outreach activities to foster collaboration and achieve project objectives.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is required, complemented by a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. Candidates should possess a strong background in the MSME, Textile, or Handloom sectors, with proven experience working with government bodies or developmental agencies.
