The Business Consulting division drives long-term client value by solving strategic issues. Within this, the Transformation Delivery team collaborates with clients to reimagine business models, enhance performance, and manage complex, large-scale transformation programs. We focus on areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

Demonstrate expertise in managing client engagements, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and stakeholder coordination. Contribute effectively to large government projects, ensuring structured execution and delivery discipline. Apply a robust consulting foundation to analyze business challenges and support transformation initiatives within complex environments. Excel at gathering requirements, documenting findings, and translating client needs into actionable delivery plans. Utilize clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to achieve successful project outcomes.

A Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Architecture, or Bachelor of Design is required. Advanced degrees such as Master of Technology, Master of Engineering, Master of Science, Master of Arts, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Design, Master of Architecture, Master of Public Health, or a PhD in relevant fields are also highly valued.

Demonstrated experience in project management (6+ years) and business analysis (3+ years) is crucial.
