This opportunity is for a Senior Project Consultant within our Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, specifically focused on Business Consulting and Transformation Delivery in New Delhi. Key responsibilities include supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of skill development projects.

You will coordinate with government departments, training partners, industries, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. This involves preparing project reports, concept notes, presentations, and policy briefs.

Tracking project progress against targets and deliverables is crucial. You will also support the development of skilling strategies, operational guidelines, and implementation frameworks. Conducting field visits to monitor training centres and project activities will be part of your role.

Facilitating industry partnerships, placements, and employer engagement activities is essential. Support will also be provided for curriculum development, assessment, certification, and quality assurance processes. Organizing workshops, consultations, and stakeholder meetings will be required.

Managing MIS, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting requirements is key. You will also support the capacity building of government officials, institutions, and training providers. Identifying risks and implementation challenges, and recommending corrective actions are also part of your duties.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.

Educational qualifications should include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).

Additionally, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), or Master of Commerce (M.Com) is highly valued.
