Our Business Consulting, Transformation Delivery team is at the forefront of transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. We adopt a client-centric approach to deliver long-term value by solving complex strategic issues. This unit includes Business Consulting (Performance Improvement, Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. Business Transformation specifically focuses on problem-solving, design, and execution of large-scale, multi-year transformation programs.

Drive program delivery and operational excellence with a structured, outcome-focused methodology. Lead complex consulting engagements, demonstrating strong capabilities in program management and transformation delivery. Coordinate effectively with State and Central Government departments, engaging cross-functional teams.

Support policy and program design, including the creation of structured documents and deliverables. Apply expertise in performance improvement and process optimization to translate innovative ideas into actionable program solutions. Ensure technical excellence in all aspects of project execution.

Candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
