Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation and review of schemes, guidelines, and implementation frameworks. You will facilitate inter-departmental coordination and stakeholder consultations to enhance policy and scheme execution. Developing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for departmental programs and schemes is crucial.

You will monitor scheme performance, identify implementation challenges, and propose corrective actions to optimize outcomes. Undertake research and benchmarking of national and international best practices to support program enhancement. Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from program implementation.

Generate analytical reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products to inform decision-making. Advise departments on communication, outreach, and public awareness strategies, including media and IEC campaigns. Foster partnerships with government agencies, development partners, multilateral organizations, corporations, and philanthropic institutions. Ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of all project outputs, encompassing reports, implementation plans, communication materials, and M&E frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master's degree in Development Studies, or a Post-Graduation in Social Work, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Gender Studies. A minimum of 6 years of overall experience in the Development Sector, Government Departments, Scheme Implementation, or Programme Management is required.
