Our Business Consulting practice, specifically within Transformation Delivery, drives long-term client value through a client-centric approach. This sub-service line encompasses Business Transformation, Finance Consulting, and Supply Chain and Operations, focusing on strategic problem-solving, designing, and executing large-scale, multi-year transformation programs that address complex operational challenges and drive performance improvement.

Provide robust support for project monitoring through structured tracking, issue identification, and data-driven follow-ups. Conduct comprehensive research and analytics to gather, synthesize, and interpret information critical for consulting engagements.

Prepare clear, concise reports and analytical summaries tailored for both internal teams and client stakeholders. Effectively manage and coordinate stakeholders across multiple workstreams and project participants to ensure seamless collaboration.

Leverage experience in government consulting environments, demonstrating a solid understanding of public-sector project delivery and transformation support.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Business Administration, or a Bachelor of Architecture. A Master of Technology in Civil Engineering is also considered.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience is required in Business Analysis and Business Intelligence. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Writing is also necessary.
