This Senior Project Consultant role focuses on Business Consulting within the Government and Public Sector (GPS) domain, specifically in Transformation Delivery.

The GPS practice leverages international expertise and local insights to address critical challenges faced by governments, focusing on building future-ready solutions and reinventing public services. Digital transformation is embraced as an overhaul of organizational structures, governance, processes, culture, and mindset, redesigning how public services operate.

Our Business Consulting service line drives long-term client value by solving strategic problems through a client-centric approach. It encompasses areas like Business Transformation, Finance Consulting, and Supply Chain & Operations, aiming to enhance performance, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges.

Spearhead technical excellence by demonstrating a strong understanding of disability inclusion, rehabilitation, accessibility, and rights-based service delivery for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

Develop and manage the end-to-end execution of government schemes, including creating rehabilitation plans.

Design and implement effective livelihood linkage and economic empowerment interventions aligned with program objectives.

Craft impactful communication and media strategies to foster stakeholder engagement and broaden program outreach.

Utilize AI tools to generate innovative solutions and leverage data analysis and coding for evidence-based decision-making. An added advantage includes proficiency in these advanced analytical techniques.

To be successful in this role, you require a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Masters in Development Management, a Masters in Social Work, or a Masters in Philosophy.

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience within the Development Sector, Social Sector, and Government Departments.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively, providing services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations.

Exhibit a practical, solution-oriented approach to complex problems, delivering insightful and actionable outcomes.
