This position is within the CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery team, contributing to EY Consulting's mission of transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs for government clients. This involves problem-solving, designing solutions, and executing strategies that enhance organizational performance and efficiency.

You will collaborate across multiple client departments, ensuring adherence to commercial and legal requirements. A key aspect of this role involves applying a practical approach to complex issues, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. The work will span areas such as Business Transformation, Finance Consulting, and Supply Chain and Operations, with a strong emphasis on driving innovation and strategic change.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably within the Government and Public Sector (GPS). A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent graduation is required. Prior experience on state government projects is highly desirable.
