This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within our Government & Public Sector (GPS) Business Consulting Transformation Delivery team in Gurgaon. Our GPS practice brings international expertise and local knowledge to solve critical government challenges and build solutions for the future.

Digital transformation goes beyond technology, encompassing organizational structures, governance, culture, and redesigned public services. We assist clients in balancing strategic choices to enhance performance, leveraging cross-service line solutions tailored to client priorities. EY has a strong track record of supporting governments and working collaboratively to improve services for citizens.

The Senior Project Consultant will be instrumental in driving business transformation initiatives. This role requires deep engagement with clients to reimagine or transform their business models, foster growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges.

Key responsibilities include problem-solving, designing, and delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. This involves working across various fields such as Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations, aiming to improve performance, effectiveness, and operational resilience for our clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in state government projects. Strong communication skills are essential, and experience in data analysis is preferable.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree or equivalent graduate qualification, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, ideally within the Government and Public Sector (GPS).

You will be a collaborative team player, capable of serving multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, alongside agility, curiosity, and adaptability, are key attributes we look for.
