Our Business Consulting service line tackles complex challenges in areas like finance, business transformation, and supply chain operations. This position is specifically within the CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery team, focusing on large-scale, multi-year transformation programs.

Your core responsibilities will involve providing strong consulting expertise with hands-on experience in government projects and sector-wide transformation. You will support district-level program implementation and monitoring, including DMF-related work. Key tasks include managing sectors under PMKKKY, tracking DMF district progress, preparing concept notes, assisting with procurement processes, and coordinating reporting for team leads.

Maintain clear progress visibility across multiple stakeholders and ensure accurate, consistent tracking of project milestones. You will be instrumental in coordinating reporting inputs and ensuring seamless communication within the project team and with external parties.

To excel in this role, you need a Masters in Social Work or Development, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in the social sector. We are looking for individuals with a practical, problem-solving approach, capable of delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
