The Organization Excellence team transforms organizational capabilities through four key pillars: RBS TRUST, People Excellence, Continuous Improvement & Innovation, and Org Mechanisms. We proactively address internal challenges using systematic defect identification and data-driven frameworks, aiming to position RBS as Amazon's benchmark organization.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will: - Define and own the program vision. - Oversee planning, execution, and operational contributions. - Set and measure team goals. - Manage end-to-end execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. - Clearly define business use cases for technology teams. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage delivery. - Establish scalable and efficient processes for large-scale implementations. - Own the execution strategy and develop risk mitigation plans. - Communicate program updates to leadership through various reporting formats.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams is required. Candidates should also possess 5+ years of experience in program or project management and 5+ years of experience in delivering cross-functional projects. Essential skills include defining program requirements, utilizing data and metrics for improvements, owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, and communicating results effectively to senior leadership.
Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience driving process improvements and a Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, or instructional design. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, the ability to navigate ambiguity, effective networking and influencing skills, resilience in overcoming obstacles, and a passion for deeply understanding tech products. Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application in workforce optimization and automation is highly beneficial.
