You'll be instrumental in overseeing the entire technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships, from initial concept and design through to data analysis and ongoing support.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can adeptly manage competing business and partner needs against technical realities, crafting cutting-edge solutions. You will act as a key consultant, developing tools, automating processes, and shaping product strategies while prioritizing effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable, and results-driven strategies.
Design and implement robust product architectures and solution roadmaps, including necessary infrastructure.
Develop and execute comprehensive launch programs to rigorously test new products and features prior to widespread deployment.
Conduct thorough implementation reviews, champion new product features, and ensure the swift and effective resolution of technical challenges.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is foundational for this role.
We are seeking candidates with at least 7 years of experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners and customers. A strong background in system design or code comprehension (e.g., Java, C++, Python) is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science. Extensive experience, around 10 years, is desired in project management, analytics, software coding, customer-facing roles, data analysis with SQL/MySQL, operations management (including process improvement and workflow optimization), and working with Unix or Linux operating systems.
