As the Senior Product Owner, you will be accountable for the end-to-end capability strategy, lifecycle management, and roadmap development.

Key responsibilities include defining and communicating business value, capability vision, and future direction. You will establish KPI targets, make strategic decisions on capability investment, and drive operational readiness by ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams.

Build strong cross-enterprise relationships to foster adoption and ensure long-term strategic fit. Lead product demonstrations, stakeholder communications, and the development of compelling business cases for strategic initiatives. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, complemented by at least 7 years in product management, capability management, or finance technology.

A solid understanding of fraud and dispute product development, card payments, and open-loop processing is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep strategic thinking and a proven ability to influence stakeholders effectively without direct authority.

An MBA is considered a preferred qualification. This role requires a commitment to Optum's policies and procedures, including flexibility in work arrangements and locations as business needs evolve.
