This role is pivotal in making Amazon Pay the most convenient, rewarding, and trusted payment method in India. You will shape the future of everyday payment use-cases, from bill payments to insurance and merchant transactions, by enhancing success rates, conversion, and credit availability.

As the Product Manager for post-transaction experiences, you will be instrumental in solving critical customer challenges. This includes developing self-serve solutions for post-transaction queries within the Amazon app, encompassing Thank You pages, notifications, and transaction history. You'll also empower customer support agents with the tools they need for efficient escalation handling and drive the adoption of Amazon Pay instruments through data-driven insights and optimized post-transaction touchpoints.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building scalable, customer-facing experiences. Collaboration with diverse business and product stakeholders is key. You will leverage data analytics for continuous product improvement, develop quarterly and yearly roadmaps, and spearhead the product vision and strategy for all post-transaction touchpoints. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with demonstrated experience in owning roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and technical product management. A data-oriented approach and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in data tools like SQL and Quicksight is a significant advantage.
